assist in Preparing and Filing of Patent Applications·

assist with Preparing Reporting Communications for the Attorney to the Client;·

ability to Upload Documents to Different Database in a Timely Manner;·

ability to Maintain Timelines in the Database;·

print Hard Copy Emails (if Required) and other Document and Place in Corresponding File

wrappers; And·

any other Related Work Thereof as the Attorney May Deem Fit.

qualifications and Skills.

graduate with Computer Proficiency with Good Knowledge in Ms Office, Ms-excel, &ms-

powerpoint·

good Typing & Dictation Skills (dictation-in Case of Candidates with Shorthand Knowledge)·

strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills·

strong Time Management Skills to Meet Challenging Timelines.
