Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential students to FLYWHEEL AVIATION ACADEMY.

Identify target demographics and geographical areas to focus on for marketing campaigns.

Plan and coordinate promotional events, including seminars, workshops, and career fairs, to showcase the benefits and offerings of FLYWHEEL AVIATION ACADEMY.

Coordinate the production and distribution of print materials to strategic locations, such as Jr. Colleges, Degree Colleges, Community Centers, and Local Businesses.

Represent FLYWHEEL AVIATION ACADEMY at external events and networking opportunities to promote our institute and build relationships with potential students and their parents.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns, tracking response rates and generating reports to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging offline marketing techniques to ensure the institute remains competitive.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field in the Education industry.

Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education industry.

Strong understanding of traditional marketing techniques and channels, including print media, event marketing, and partnerships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey key messages effectively.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative offline marketing strategies.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
