Structuring, negotiating and drafting legal documents and correspondence

Coordination with external law firms for drafting and vetting of various documents, land due-diligence reports and litigation in consumer forums and Courts

Interpretation of local building bye-laws, other approval related laws and state/central policies

Maintenance of proper documentation, compliance checklists and regular tracking . land records, approvals and related transactions

Carry direct responsibility for applying for and obtaining all other necessary statutory approvals and clearances including from local urban planning authorities, panchayat, environment ministry, electricity department etc through field team, outsourced consultants and other field team.
