ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• FORMATION OF HR MANUAL (HR MANUAL, HR POLICY)

• PAYROLL MANAGEMENT

• STATUTORY COMPLIANCE (INSPECTOR HANDLING (LABOUR, BONUS,GRATUITY,ESI, PF, POLICE, MCD ETC)

• LEGAL COMPLIANCE (LETTER DRAFTING, COORDINATING WITH LAWYER, AGGREMENTS, ATTENDING DATES

• DAY TO DAY EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES

• SUPPORTING ACCOUNTS IN AUDITS AND ALL

• COMMUNICATE WITH HODS FOR BETTER ALIGNMENT

• TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (HELPING TRAINING MANAGER IN MAKING PPTS AND TRAINING MODULES ETC)

Qualification : executive mba llb

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
