Job Description:
HR Ops/Generalist/Admin/HRBP with previous Agri/Soya background
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Administer compensation and benefit plans for employees.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits-related matters.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Employee Onboarding and Training:
Conduct employee onboarding sessions.
Help organize training and development initiatives.
Employee Relations and Support:
Address employee queries related to leaves, compensation, and other HR topics.
Resolve any issues that may arise.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Assist in creating and implementing human resource policies.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Performance Management:
Participate in performance appraisal processes.
Gather and analyze HR metrics (., time to hire, turnover rates).
Record Keeping and Data Management:
Maintain employee files and records (both electronic and paper-based)
Experience: 2 to 6 years preferable from the Agritech industry
