job Description

1) Responsible for End to End Recruitment Process from Senior/junior/operations/marketing Management

2) Understanding, Analyzing& Gathering Candidates Jd's with Client's Requirement for His Business.

3) Consult with Hr Managers On Overall Hiring Process; Collaborate On Job Requisition Details and Creation, Planning and Implementation of Recruitment Strategies and to Attract Top Talent.

4) Review Job Descriptions to Ensure Appropriate Information is Included for Advertisement, Internet Postings and Targeted Job Boards.

5) Source Talented and Diverse Candidates Through Creative Methods and Understand Impact of Applied Strategies; also Use Various Recruitment Resources (. Job Sites, Networking Sites Etc.)

6) Screening Profiles and Recommends Them to the Client After Having a Detailed Discussion with the Candidates About Their Current Roles and Responsibilities Along with Their Core Interest.

7) Line Up Shortlisted Candidates for Interviews and Follow-up with the Candidates.

8) Build Strong Relationships with Hiring Managers to Ensure Requirements are Met.

9) Create a Pool of Potential Candidates and Follow Up with Them On Regular Basis also Update Them About New Vacancies.

10) Effectively Negotiate and Communicate Offer to Successful Candidates.
