Managing the recruitment and selection process- Sourcing/Screening and Shortlisting
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Creating and revising job descriptions
Maintaining Leave and Attendance records
Payroll generation and processing
Employee engagement activities
Conducting onboarding, employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Working on the salary structure, and other incentive and employee benefit plans
Knowledge on PF and ESIC and other statutory benefits
Issuing of the all letters related to HR like offer,relieving and necessary documents to other employee/Managers
Maintain employee data, personal files
Experience in Handling performance appraisals
Conducting reference and Background checks if required
Handling terminations, resignations, issuing performance improvement plans
Preparing F& F letters
Maintaining department records and reports
Participating in administrative staff meetings
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Maintaining and revising the companys handbook on policies and procedures
Performing benefits administration
Updating SOPs of all departments as and when required
Maintaining affirmative action programs
Any adhoc duties mentioned by the supervisor
