Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for someone who can create an awesome experience for members, potential members and their visitors who visit our hub.
About the Position:
As a Front Office Executive at 91springboard, you will mostly be the first point of contact for visitors as well as resident members. You will be key towards shaping their experience with 91springboard. You will partner with other hub team members to deliver this experience.
Overall Accountability:
Engaging with Visitors at hub. Visitors will be of various nature. They may be visiting as guests, would want to check out the office space, potential walk ins etc. As the person at the hub desk you will be first point of contact for them and will need to help them connect and engage with the right person.
Coordinating with the Leads passed on by the sales team to ensure a smooth hub tour experience in partnership with respective Community Manager
You are First Point of Contact for coordinating resolution of member queries raised via
Ticketing
General Information and Request raised in person
Conference Room Booking
Manage Event related calls routed to the hub or city

Extremely approachable. Be the person everyone wants to interact with/ go to for solutions.
Organized and detail oriented along with a flair for coordination.
Able to work on MS Office/ Google Suite
Years of Experience:
Students with a background in Hotel Management or 1+ years of experience required in a similar profile .
Bonus points for experience in the hospitality sector.
Education:
Diploma required
Graduation/ Certification in Front Office Management preferred.
