Job Description :-

- Manage entire front office monitoring work

- Welcoming guests & officials

- Monitoring employees attendance & Dress code policy

- Preparing MIS & Petty Cash Maintenance

- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments - Employees travel booking, visa processing

- New joiner formalities, Issue access card

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

- Coordinate with HR team for office events

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
