Analyze BRD and translate it into functional / technical specifications (Functional specification and Architecture design (FSD)).

Perform system architecture Design and documentation of business Processes and perform IT application Deployments.

Monitor vendor developments and deliveries as per signed off FSD.

Preparation/Documentation and lead support of SIT, Regression, Performance tuning and integrations - Strategy, Scenarios and cases.

Participate in UAT, Business user Trainings, Implementations, Pilot and Production movement of Application.

Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and Coordinate with vendor on Issues Resolution.

Coordination with Business Stake holder and IT support for Change Management, Knowledge Management, Incident/Problems Testing/verifications and Production movements.
