Vacancy for 'Customer Service - International Calling' for US based clients:

Experience : Must have at least 6 months experience in international calling such as US, UK, AUS or any other European countries.

Education : Graduates and above.

Salary : INR 15,000 to 35,000.

Job Location : Mumbai.

Saturday & Sunday off.

Skills : Must be excellent in communication Skill. Must have US accent while speaking.

Must be comfortable in rotational shift including night shift. Pick & Drop will be provided till station.

Job Profile : Interacting with US people with emails and Phone Calls. Flair for eCommerce and digital space. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

DON'T apply if you are not fine with working in NIGHT SHIFT.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Site merchandizing services including content enrichment, cataloging, taxonomy optimization, seller onboarding, category governance & content for global market places

Business Insights products and services using ecommerce intelligence solutions that allows online and offline retailers, marketplaces and shopping comparison engines, to monitor

pricing, availability, shipping costs, promotions and many more business parameters of their site or store vs the defined competition / channels

The incumbent will be involved in various steps of order processing by addressing the queries in regards to sales, cancellations, shipment, delivery and so on.

Requires email coordination with US dealers & market places.

They will be responsible to adhere to SLAs by responding to the

queries with TAT.
