Responsibilities:-

1-Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

2-Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

3-Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

4-Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

5-Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.

Customer Relationship Officer Requirements:-

1-A bachelors degree in Administration or related field.

2-A minimum of 3 years experience.

3-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4-Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

5-A team player with leadership skills.

6-Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
