Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team targets.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align business strategies and optimize results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development and digital marketing roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
