Handle Customers Inbound and Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Pending Emi & Follow Up with the Defaulting Customer to Pay the Credit Card Balance/loan Emi Taken By the Bank

for Respected Tele Caller Executive Candidate Profile -

1- Encouraging Customers to Collect and Pay Debit Money Through Phone Calls

2- Follow Up with the Customer On a Daily Basis

3- Remind the Customer Before the Payment Due Date

4- Report to the Manager On Everyday Target Achievement

5- Convincing the Customer to Make the Payment

6- Understand the Problem of Customers and Giving Suggestions Accordingly to Get the Payment Smoothly

7- Keep a Record of Each and all Phone Calls

required Qualifications/ Education of Tele Caller Executive-

educational Qualifications: Minimum Qualification 10th Passed or Above

experience in Tele Calling: Minimum of 06 Months Must have Prior Experience

excellent Verbal and Written Communication Especially Hindi and Local Language

credit Card/recovery Collections Minimum/maximum Experience.
