Job Description

This role acts as a technical support expert for client of Systools troubleshooting technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge of  how to use software.

2. Manage the customers via E-mail, Phone and Chat.

3. Answer all the queries regarding data recovery, error, refund, purchase,etc.
