Job Description:-
Cold call and visit prospects on location
Regularly Set appointments with HOD /administrators/ distributors/ doctors, hospitals and institutions
Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
Build relationships with administrations/ distributors/ purchase departments
Provide product demonstrations and support
Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
Sales Mgr shall be responsible for revenue targets.
Maximize profits by up-selling and cross-selling additional products
Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
Giving valuable inputs to Manager in planning of a customized annual
Identify competitive opportunities within the market and advice decisively to Sales and Marketing
Ensure effective planning of field travel
Responsible to set-up surveys with key customers leveraging their feedback for effective sales
strategy and/or innovation
Review and support day to day activities of Executive-Sales Operation
Work with the Sales and Marketing team in preparing monthly forecasting, sales planning,
and other initiatives demanding field and customer input.
