Responsibilities
To greet customer in the store on their arrival
To identify customer needs and provide necessary assistance
To present products/apparels as per customers requirement
To convert potential customers and generate lead
To ensure customers carry only three garments at a time in trial room
Responsible to generate and achieve sales target for company
To ensure merchandised is neatly displayed, arranged, and organized on racks all the time
To send photos of merchandise display on whatsapp group as per company policy
To send brand sales report daily on concerned whatsapp group as per companys policy
To change merchandise on display mannequins from time to time
To write details of stock received at the store for purchase
To stick barcodes on the merchandise as per SOP of company
To enroll maximum customer in Pintoos loyalty program
To note down customers contact information in case of non-availability of stock and call the customer after stock replenishment
To arrange for photos of merchandise from other branches on whatsapp as per customer requirement
To show merchandise to customers on video call as per customer requirements
To ensure counters are cluttered free, garments are folded and well arranged all the time
To enhance customer experience by providing excellent service
Requirements / Eligibility criteria
Only male candidates
Education
HSC passed
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales preferred
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing
Should be result oriented
Ability to work and achieve targets under pressure
Ability to handle customers professionally
Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati
