Organizing work facilities for new joiners.

Formulating structured policy for Induction of new employees, Involved in Planning.

Organizing and Implementing Induction Programme for Employee orientation

Conducting annual Performance Appraisal and Promotion Procedure as per the company policy. Ensure timely appraisal for trainees & probationary employees as per policy.
