1) Define the Product Roadmap and Drive the Product Development in An Analytical and Structured Way Across Platforms (web, Mobile, Api,

2) Be the Go-to Person for Everything Related . New

feature Requests, Development Status, Servers Configuration, Tracking Site Uptime &

site Load-time, Payment Gateway Issues Etc..

3) Optimize Existing E-commerce Backend Operations Constantly Yielding a Effective Order

processing System

4) Specify the Processes to Ensure a Successful Operation from the Product Side, Work With

other Teams to Define and Build the Supporting Tools.

5) Partner Closely with the Design & Third Party Tech Team to Define and Build a High-

class User Experience On Web and Mobile.

6) Partner Closely with the Insights Team to Understand, Track and Optimize the Users

7) Quantitatively and Qualitatively Analyse Results to Influence Product Decisions.

8) Highly Developed Skills for Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking.

skills & Capabilities

1) Excellent Communication Skills are Must.

2) Prior Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Fmcg Preferred-

3) Understanding of Technology (ruby On Rails), Product Development, Product

management, Product Planning.

4) Attention to Detail and Ability to Visualize Things.
