Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Procurement Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of materials, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of procurement principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new partnerships to improve procurement options.

2. Procurement Process:

- Coordinate with internal departments to assess their procurement needs and develop procurement plans accordingly

- Execute the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with quality control team to ensure that purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications.
