The Marketing Manager for Patient Acquisition from Kolkata to Arunai medical College & Hospital, Tiruvannamalai is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to attract patients from Kolkata and surrounding areas. This role involves understanding the needs and preferences of the target audience, devising tailored marketing strategies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and leveraging various channels to effectively promote healthcare services and facilities.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand the healthcare landscape in Kolkata and neighboring regions, identify potential patient segments, and assess competition.

Strategic Planning:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to target patients in Kolkata and facilitate their transition to healthcare facilities in Tamil Nadu.

Target Audience Identification:

Define target demographics and patient personas, considering factors such as medical needs, demographics, psychographics, and referral patterns.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hospital administrators, physicians, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and clinical capabilities.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns utilizing a mix of digital marketing, traditional advertising, direct outreach, events, and strategic partnerships to reach and engage target audiences effectively.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns to increase online visibility and patient inquiries.

Referral Network Development:

Establish and nurture relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other influencers to generate patient referrals and enhance the hospital's reputation.
