- Sourcing from different channels like Portal, Reference, Job Posting, - Advertising, Social Media, Networking, Online Groups

- Driving mass recruitment

Education

- 12th Pass with very good communication and convincing skill

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- Fresher are welcome

Desired Candidate Profile

- Passion to build career in Recruitment Industry

- Good Communication skill in Bengali, Hindi and English

- Ability to convince people

- Knowledge in Social Net working sites (Facebook/Linked in)

- Basic Computer knowledge (Word/Excel/Internet)

Salary:

Monthly Salary Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 5,000 and High Incentive (Monthly & Quarterly)
