Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human

resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background

in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive and

productive workplace culture. The HR Manager will be responsible

for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including

recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management,

employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned

with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job

postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and

making job offers.

Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including

orientation, training, and ensuring a smooth transition into the

organization.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance

employee skills and knowledge.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on

HR-related issues, including performance management,

disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and

regulations.

Manage employee relations, including investigating and

resolving employee complaints and grievances.
