Roles/Responsibilities:
End to End recruitment for the company.
Sourcing candidates for Junior, Mid to senior & Managerial level management.
Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes through job portals, database, and candidate reference according to the requirements and confirm the same with the business head for the further proceedings in the selection process.
Preparing interview schedules for the short listed candidates
Handling Telephonic interviews in order to judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc, before forwarding it to the business head.
End to end co-ordination of interviews and follow up actions thereafter till the close of the position.
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as attrition and/or succession planning needs dictate
Identifying potential candidates matching the company's requirement.
Recruiting through various sources such as job portals and setting our own database.
Candidate searches using social networking (Linked In & Facebook), referrals, internal databases, etc
Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization etc.
Arranging the interview schedule with the client & candidate.
Maintaining database of all candidates in excel sheet.
