We have immediate openings for Front office executives / Receptionist cum for reputed builders and developers in Bangalore.

Attending incoming calls and connecting to the concern person.

Making note of all Customer Enquiry call and update in the excel sheet and send it to Marketing Department end of the day.

Greeting the visitors and checking with the concern person and put them to the concern person as per the instructions given, and providing tea and coffee and water.

Connecting outgoing calls to Managing Director and Director as per their instruction.

Handling petty cash day to day and writing the voucher for cash expenses, updating the Excel Sheet as per the Expenses and send the report to Accounts Department monthly wise.

Receiving the Bills for the particular month from the vendors and verify with the delivery challans, and preparing the payment vouchers and send it to the next level for payment process.

Keeping track on Employees outgoing and making note of the Kilometer and update the excel sheet and send the report to Admin Person monthly wise.

Preparing Club membership ID cards as requested by the customer and as per our company policy.

Arranging for Lunch pick up every day on time to our MD.

Ordering for stationery and maintenance of Toner Cartridges stock day to day.

Receiving Incoming Couriers and update in the register and send it to the concern person and get the signature. And sending out going couriers and update the register with the
