Experience 2-5 Years in a Mid Sized Organization with 50-100 People. Freshers Need Not Apply.
Pay Scale 25,000 40,000 per month.
1. On Demand Functions
a. Discuss with the top management regarding their expectations from a proposed job
role in the organization. We have several offices across the country and hence
requirement may relate to any of them.
b. On basis of above draft a Job Role Task List and chalk out the skills, knowledge and
attitude requirements from the proposed team member.
c. On basis of point b above, draft an interview walkthrough as regards the questions
and screening method which will be used for recruited candidates.
d. Widely circulate the above to job portal websites, social media, closed recruitment
circles on whatsapp, job consultants to invite maximum recruitment.
e. Maintain a basic excel tracker of all incoming recruits and schedule their interviews.
f. Perform a thorough screening of the recruited candidates based on the interview
walkthrough. Document the results for each candidate and retain in record along with
copy of the CV.
g. Shortlist candidates best aligned to job role and present their interview walkthrough
results to management for final interview round.
h. Assist in final selection and onboarding of the candidates.
i. Addition of financial details to the payroll
ii. Addition of CV, Basic ID (Aadhar+PAN), Cancelled Cheuqe, Educational and
Professional Qualifications to our centralized Personnel Folder.
2. Routine Functions
a. Maintain an attendance register for various employees of the company and get the
same approved from management on a monthly basis to assess the number of leaves
with pay and leaves without pay.
b. Perform Monthly Payroll Processing as per the SOP and give the required inputs to
accounts.
i. 0. Add new employees and erase employees who have left.
ii. Update Last Day of the Month
iii. 1. Attendence to be shared and confirmed by BDS and YS.
