Job Description:

Role: Design engineer (Wiring Haness)

Key Accountabilities:

Experience Range 1 to 2 years=1 position

4 to 8 years= 2 positions

Qualification Diploma, MTech or BTech in Electrical or Associated Branches.

Able to Understand the requirements shared by Customer to create the drawings.

Control panel design and development, 3D model creation along with Component and Sub assembly.

Should have a knowledge of Electrical Design Fundamentals of Wiring Harness.

Creating the Wiring harness drawing creation using Creo cabling.

Review Wiring harness child parts and propose / replace as per specifications.

Electrical component knowledge and able to create or maintain the library in the Creo.

3D model Creation for Mechanical and Electrical Parts, Flattening the 3D drawing to 2D.

Wiring diagram creation, Through Understanding of Electrical components and assembly.

Experience and Skills Required:

Hands on experience on Creo cabling tools.

Experience working on Generator engine and its process.

Knowledge of Electrical schematics.

Knowledge of Drafting standards using the Creo parametric software.

Hands on experience in trouble shooting the wiring harness issues and design verification.

Should have experience in the routing design, material selection and BOM creation.

Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals

Creative, possess good visualization skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Should have good Team Player.
