Junior Acquisition Manager and Assistant Manager And Deputy Manager

Designation: Assistant Acquisition Manager/ Premier Acquisition Manager (Current Accounts &

Saving Accounts)

Graduation is Mandatory.

Grade: - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. To acquire customers for Current & Savings Accounts Products of the bank, from a

pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporates.

2. To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.

3. To Cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Asset Products, etc.

4. Responsible for Sourcing High-Value CASA customers along with the entire Family Banking

relationships.

5. Hard-core Sales Mentality. Primary Motivation from the Achievement of Targets. A Hunter by

Orientation.

Qualifications Required:

Graduate Must (in any field)

Skills Required:

Selling skills with a clear focus on acquiring new Current Accounts

Presentable and Demonstrating Basic Etiquettes

Persuading skills

Candidates Managing & Sourcing Business Banking customers would be preferred

Fluent communication and a basic understanding of English

Maximum Age Limit - 32 yrs.

Two Wheeler and DL is Mandatory.
