We have urgent hiring for Deputy Manager Casting (Driveline Design) for Manufacturing company @ Rajkot(Gujarat)

Designation : DM/AM (Casting Design)

Department :Driveline Design

Qualification :Diploma/BE Mechanical

Experience : For Diploma 8-9 Years For BE 5-7 Years

CTC:Best in industry

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Responsible for design of driveline elements as per input requirement.

2. Responsible for casting/housing design and CAD of gearboxes and other driveline components

3. Responsible for manufacturability, assembly and serviceability aspect of driveline components

4. Create 3D CAD and Drawings of components as per company process.

5. Support other functions in assembly/validation process.

6. SOP and BOM Creation

7. Conversant with different standards like DIN/ISO/JIS

2) Competencies/Skills:

1. Candidate must have hands on experience in modelling and drafting of complex housings.

2. Candidate should have good understanding of GD & T

3. Candidate must have experience in PDC and CI Casting design.

4. Candidate must understand of materials/ manufacturing processes and requirement of castings.

5. Candidate must have understanding of gearbox layouts and components.

6. Must have hands on experience in product development processes (NPD Stages)

7. Excellent communication skills
