Position: BPO Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/chat/emails professionally, providing exceptional customer service. - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product support, ensuring prompt resolution. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals. - Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer needs. - Adhere to established scripts, guidelines, and quality standards while communicating with customers. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. - Meet individual and team targets to achieve overall business objectives. - Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations.
