Fuerte Developers is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our products and services.
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and interests.
Provide information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
