Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of mobile app and website development and must be familiar with platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development, with a focus on client acquisition in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

4. Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our services.

5. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

6. Manage and negotiate contract terms and conditions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or any other degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of 6 months years in business development in the IT industry.

3. Knowledge of mobile app and website development.

4. Hands-on experience with online freelancing platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

7. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
