Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The primary focus of this role will be to generate leads, brand awareness, and establish partnerships across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation techniques, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to engage with potential customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the education sector across Tamil Nadu.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars to attract prospective customers and generate leads.

Build and maintain relationships with institutions, IELTS centers, and other relevant stakeholders to create partnerships and referral opportunities.

Handover qualify leads to ensure smooth conversion.

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation and marketing.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Experience and Knowledge:

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the education or services industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet lead generation targets.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
