1. prepare Half Yearly Planning and Target for the Team.

2. develop New Markets with Seasonal Planning.

3. work Closely with Fas and Report Daily, Weekly & Monthly to Rm.

4. expand Networking with Agronomist, Consultants and Dealers for Sales.

5. achieve Sales Goals and Execute Sales Plans Within An Assigned Small to Medium Size Territory.

6. create and Recommend Specific Events & Programs.

7. pursue the Sales Leads Generated By the Fas and Close the Sales.

8. overview the Trails, Demos and Campaigning Programs About Product in Assigned Territory.

9. establish and Maintain Effective Public Relations Through Customer Education.
