Job Responsibilities
Will be responsible for Sales of companys product through distribution and retailers network;
Extraction of more sales through channel management and taking ownership & implementing strategies to convert these targets into sales
Planning & preparing own monthly, quarterly & yearly targets to achieve Key Result Areas;
Discussing these KRAs with Reporting Manager and get these signed up before preparing implementation strategy Opening new retail dealers for product penetration in the market;
Preparing & implementing strategies to convert these targets into sales.
Visiting 5 retailers and one potential retailer every day to improve relationship and expansion of network set KPIs for any sales programs implemented
Responsible for the overall sales performance of a region or team, Area Sales Managers both perform sales duties themselves and lead teams of sales people to achieve sales goals. This includes everything from setting sales goals to training and supporting teams in order to help them achieve those goals.
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
