Roles & Responsibilities : As a part of the acquisitions team, an Executive will either be responsible for Tenant Acquisition, House Acquisition and Property Management.
Tenant Acquisition:
To follow up on the generated leads
Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of Nhomes.
Acquisition:
Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal
Verification of the location & house before on-boarding the property
Pitch about the company policies & convincing the owner
Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner
Property Management:
Manage bulk properties, including but not limited to, doing service and maintenance overview, inspection of the property, follow on rent collections and send reminders, when needed.
Language : Fluency in Assamese , English and Hindi is must .
