Looking for HR& Admin with experience of 8 years, preferably in real estate domain.
Recruitment, Selection, Induction and On boarding process.
Preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters, Terms of Agreement, and Contracts for staff and professionals.
Maintain Physical and Digital Employee records.
Attendance and Payroll management
Performance Management, Monitoring, and Appraisal.
Fulfilment of all Statutory Obligations of the Company in a timely manner (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
Ensure compliance with labour Regulation. Filling of all monthly/ quarterly / Half Yearly Payments and Returns. Maintenance of all statutory Register under various laws and Acts.
Assist in designing and implementing company policies
Administration
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Handling admin and facility team.
Coordination with the various vendors like Biometric /printing / repair & maintenance.
Canteen / panty management.
Ordering of Office requirements (Stationeries, housekeeping items, pantry items, Uniforms)
Maintaining facilities of office premises (Securities & Housekeeping Staffs).
Office inventory Management/Site Visits
