Making outbound phone calls on leads provided by the Reporting Manager.

Identifying the client's requirements and analyzing customer's requirements and guiding them about the property, as per their requirement.

Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.

Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets through customer-concentric.

Convincing and generating appointments for executives.

Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.

Arranging site visits take appointments with clients.

Real Estate Experience highly required.
