1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction and industrial sectors.

2. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets by promoting our range of anchors and fasteners.

3. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues effectively.

4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights for business growth.

5. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, manage project timelines, and address any client concerns.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details for reporting and analysis purposes.

7. Travel: Travel extensively within the designated region to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore business opportunities. A valid driving license and own vehicle are required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Certificate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

2. Proven experience (2-4 years) in a techno-commercial role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.

3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic field environment.

6. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as per business requirements.
