Roles and Responsibilities
Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the Commercial Offices / Projects .
Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
To handhold, the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, can work independently.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Relevant Experience in Real estate sector in Commercial Projects.
