We are Looking for An Energetic Sales Specialist Who Will Be Responsible to Assist in the Effective Running of the Department in Line with the Hotels Strategies and Standards in a Sustainable Manner Meeting Guest and Team Expectations. the Candidate Will have to Manage End to End Activities for Their Defined Portfolio of Business Accounts to Maximize Revenue Opportunities and Profitability of the Hotel/hotels.

the Primary Role of the Sales Specialist is to Promote Our Hotels (mango Hotel, Hotel Citi Inn, Finn Apartments) Which are in Finland in India and Internationally. Prospect for New Clients By Networking, Calling, Advertising or other Means of Generating Interest from Potential Clients.

constantly Monitors and Evaluates Local, National and International Market Trends, and the Competitor Hotels Sales Initiatives, in Order to Make Sure the Hotels Sales Remain Competitive and Cutting Edge.

ensures a High Level of Exposure for Hotel Through Direct Sales Solicitation Via Telephone, Contracts and Written Communications.

they Must Then Plan, Approach, Persuade Potential Clients to Do Business with the Company. They Must Develop a Rapport with New Clients, and Set Targets for Sales and Provide Support that Will Continually Improve the Relationship.

handle Objections By Clarifying, and Working Through Differences to a Positive Conclusion. Use a Variety of Styles to Persuade or Negotiate Appropriately.

requirements :

ideally with a Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

minimum 2 Years Work Experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive.

good Problem Solving, Administrative and Interpersonal Skills are a Must
