Responsible for sales budget of the business sourced from Agent/partner channels through the given location.

Manage the partner relation at a given location level and coordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements

Managing the intermediately/ channel partners/ Insurance Agent for various corporate products

Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents

Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.

Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.

Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents

Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents

Ensuring the agent productivity and activation

Training and agent life cycle management

Brand development by conducting promotional activity.

Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction

Coordinating with Customer Service team for a quote, claims and UW related issues

Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned
