Job Description

• Responsible for sales budget of the business sourced from Agent/partner channels through the given location.

• Manage the partner relation at a given location level and coordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements

• Managing the intermediately/ channel partners/ Insurance Agent for various corporate products

• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents

• Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.

• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.

• Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents

• Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents

• Ensuring the agent productivity and activation

• Training and agent life cycle management

• Brand development by conducting promotional activity.

• Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction

• Coordinating with Customer Service team for a quote, claims and UW related issues

• Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned
