Position: Relationship Manager

Reports To: Account Manager/Business Unit Head

Job Overview: RM is a part of core business team in TRUSTKLUB and helps the organization to grow through Client Service Delivery

Key Resultant Areas:

Managing End to End Recruitment Cycle for Client Companies

Planning Recruitment Strategy based on Job Description

Sourcing Candidates through various source & Interview Coordination for all shortlisted candidates

Successful On-Boarding

Meet Defined Business Target through Client Service Delivery

Maintain quality standards as benchmarked by the company

Demand/Need Generation through Client Servicing

Promote High Quality Customer Service Processes

Maintaining Recruitment MIS & Databases

Acquire New Clients through Business Development

Required Profile:

A Bachelors degree from a reputed university

2-3 years of in recruitment along with client management experience .

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong analytical ability , good working knowledge in Ms Office

Experience : 1 - 5 Years
