Job Responsibilities:

1. Online Sourcing of Candidates

2. Designing and Updating Job Ads on various online platforms

3. Phone Screening of candidates/ group screening

4. Managing job vacancies with current/ previous/ new clients to determine staffing requirements

5. Crafting Emails to candidate and clients

6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Who can apply?

- Any graduate with PGD/ MBA in HR or similar is a must

- 1 to 6 years of experience in similar profile is a must

- Excellent spoken and written English is a must

- Must have qualification/experience in managing social media platforms
