Production department handling independently

knowledge of basic manufacturing process flow

Monthly and daily production planning as per customer requirement

Productivity increase by reducing cycle time, die changeover

Manpower handling

Exposure to IATF , ISO 9001,Control Plan

Rejection Analysis on weekly/monthly basis

Actions to reduce the rework and rejection

Responsible for Training to Operators

Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime

Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines

Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees

Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all production dept

Die setting on machine

Updation of OEE, Internal rejection, Machine utilization etc in system.
