We are urgent requirement for Plant Head

Identify and manage the list of areas across the plant operation affecting the plant performance, to achieve the performance targets.

Review of quality performance of Plant (at customer end as well as in house)

Plan for Team Development by reviewing the Competency Gap

Review NPD for SOP preparedness for Customer Line.

Plant Head, individually managed the whole plant operation.

Develop and implement strategies to promote efficient and cost-effective work practices and monitor and analyse work practices and cost factors within the plant and manufacturing team.

Must have experience in CNC / VMC machines shop.

Minimum 10+ Years of experience in Automotive sector.

Good experience in PPC / Material Planning , Plant Operation

Qualification Diploma / - Mechanical
