we have urgent hiring for Manager_Product Development for farm equipment company @ Rajkot(Gujarat)

Designation: Manager Product Development

Qualification :Diploma/ Mechanical

Department :Gear & Transmission

Experience :10-15 Years

Roles:

Lead the design and development of component, ensuring they meet functional requirements and design specifications.

Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize part design for performance, manufacturability and cost effectiveness.

Spearhead the ideation and implementation of new part development projects

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new part initiatives

Oversee the planning and design of plant layout to optimize workflow efficiency and resource utilization.

Collaborate with facility team to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Manage the design and implementation of fixture for manufacturing processes.

Build and lead a cross functional team including designers, engineers and project manager

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of part designs, new part development, plant layout and fixture.

Monitor and control project budgets resource and timelines

Provide technical guidance on part design, new part development and fixture design

Stay abreast of advancements in process engineering and integrant relevant technologies into project

Collaborate with stakeholders including manufacturing, quality assurance and supply chain teams

Ensure seamless integration of part designs and fixtures into the overall manufacturing process.

Knowledge about SAP, Excel, PPT.
