Handle In-bound and outbound calls on a rotating basis

Understand client requirements and provide project details

Convincing clients to visit Site and fix site visits

Continuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources

Convert enquiries to leads

Achieve site visit target & Update in ERP software

Ensure on the site visit bills, enquiry number to be written before sending to the accounts department for the payments

Ensures all the Site visits process is IT enabled (where applicable)
