Job Description

Role: Office Assistant/Personal assistant

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant/ office assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Any graduate-preferred only female candidates.

• Proven work experience as a personal assistant

• Expertise in MS Office; presentation preparation (power point)

• Good speed in Typing and shorthand.

• Handling appointments; Correspondence; Filing; Maintaining Schedules; Meetings; Office Management; Scheduling; Taking Dictation; Travel Arrangements

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Diploma on Office Admin or certification would be considered an advantage
