Operating Systems ( Windows and Red Hat Linux), Microsoft Office 365, BMC Remedy Service Management Suite, HP OpenView, ServiceNow, Chatbot, Sailpoint Identity Access Management (IAM), Sharepoint, Confluence , BlackBerry, VDS/VPN etc. All the resources would have successfully undergone Accent Neutralization Training and proficient to handle phone and chat support.
The routine tasks to be performed by the contracted resources are:
